Booking terms

What you agree to when you book, in a few plain lines.

Booking

  • Online bookings are made at least 12 hours before pick-up. For a sooner departure, message us on WhatsApp.
  • Your booking is confirmed by email as soon as a driver accepts it, with their name, car and plate, and your order form.
  • Above €300, or for a journey without a displayed fare, you receive a quote by email. The booking is only made if you accept it.

Fare and payment

  • The fare shown before booking is guaranteed: tolls, fuel, meet & greet and waiting time included. It does not change on the way.
  • Payment is made on board, by card or cash. Nothing is charged when you book.

Cancellation and no-show

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pick-up.
  • Cancelled less than 24 hours before: 30% of the fare.
  • No-show: 100% of the fare.
  • You cancel in one click from the tracking link in your emails: the exact fee, if any, is shown before you confirm. The 30% fee applies to a cancellation less than 24 hours before the pick-up time.
  • If you are not at the pick-up point and cannot be reached after the included waiting time, the ride counts as a no-show: 100% of the fare is due.

Following your ride

  • Every email contains your personal tracking link: it shows where your booking stands, your driver and their car, and lets you cancel. Share it only with the people travelling with you.

Changes

  • To change the time, the address or the vehicle, message us on WhatsApp: we confirm the change in writing.
